Our transport conditions

  • We collect your luggage in the morning between 9 a.m. and noon and deliver it to your next accommodation before 5 p.m.
  • The number of bags never increases the price — only the distance between the two legs matters. Cabin bags and XL suitcases (up to 75 cm) are included; each XXL suitcase or bulky item: + 20 €. Total sedan capacity, all luggage combined: 3 XL suitcases, 6 cabin bags, or 2 XXL suitcases and 2 cabin bags; beyond that, choose the van.
  • Suitcases, hiking backpacks, bike panniers: maximum 23 kg per bag. For bulky equipment (complete bike, pushchair), please contact us in advance.
  • A request sent from this simulator is never a firm booking: it is marked "to be confirmed", and we validate it with you before any commitment.
  • Drop-off and collection at a hotel reception desk. A private rental (Airbnb type), gîte or guesthouse: only by prior arrangement with its host; if a set handover time is imposed, a luggage storage supplement applies, stated before confirmation.
  • Payment: a 50% deposit is requested on confirmation (from €100); the balance is paid by bank transfer, no later than the day before the first stage. We send you our bank details on confirmation.
